Welcome to my World

I finally decided to dedicate a Blog to my life as an Artist.
Imagination and creativity are the two most important values in my opinion. Either its photography, poems, painting, drawing, singing, long-boarding, etc. Creativity and Imagination will save the world, society needs people that are open minded and are not afraid of discovering, creating and simply participating in something new that our imagination can come up with and through our actions encouraging others.

He messed up

Acrylic on Canvas. One of the most important paintings to me because it has to do with the way a man treats a women. The cultural relations in United States is sadly discouraging to me. There is nothing wrong with having many different races come as one, but it is wrong when a man looks at a women and automatically thinks less of her only because she is a woman. Some men still believe that women have smaller brain. WTF mate?
This painting is a painting of a pregnant women who is no longer with a man who impregnated her.To him it was just an "Oops" but to her it is the end of her emotional life, some what physical life and financial life. Basically, guys got it easy and that's B.S.

Jet Plane

"Where is the Love you Promised me?" And with that quote from an awesome Natural Vibrations song titled "Where is the love?" this painting can be interpreted in many emotional ways. The way I look at it, if relationship don't work out for some of us, we just have to get on a plane, take off and start over with a brand new heart".

Systematic Hypocrisy

Acrylic on Canvas, but i also tried printing techniques ending up with a couple of nice words. I think printing and even graffiti can be a very nice touch on a modern piece of art.

The Antitode that gets me By

One of my favorite paintings, acrylic on canvas also inspired by a very talented artist. A very cold, sad painting in my opinion.

The Road Home

Obviously Inspired by Camille Rose-Garcia, a very talented artist with a very different prospective of our every day life.

Roses are Red, my hair is blue and my arms fell off

Inspired by an artist I liked, unfortunately this was too long ago so I still don't know who it was.

Favorite painting "Just Another Monday Morning"

A Painting that reminds me of Salvador Dali, one of the greatest painter in the world. He has definitely changed how many view art and even the world. My painting on the right is titled "Just Another Monday Morning" it is Acrylic on Canvas and it was inspired by Salvador Dali and his amazing art work and his style. The painting has two different worlds representing two different behaviors between them. The dark sky and the cracks represent the misery, noise and the "cold and lonely" feeling. Where the bright colorful sky and the game of chess represents knowledge, wisdom, understanding and the feeling of "calm and warmth". The Dust storm slowly covering the chess board represents the problems, the "sticks and stones" on the way to our contempt feeling in this world.
And even though there is an explanation to this painting, the reason why art is so universal is that people can interpret the art works in different ways. To us the paintings are what we make of them. Art is not made by the book. Creativity is what we feel deep down inside, we connect our feelings to colors, shapes, patterns. A painting cannot mean one things and one things only. A painting says a thousand words, gives away a thousand feelings, and we create the meaning that is so dear to us as a person.

Salvador Dali, has changed my life in too many different ways, and it is fascinating how somebody's art work can inspire and encourage. Some day My art will change some ones life in one way or another, and that will be the best feeling in the world for me.
For those who did not know who
Salvador Domingo Felipe Jacinto Dali is, he is surrealist painter. He was a very skilled draftsman best known for striking bizarre images in his surrealist work. Many of his paintings were attributed to the influence of Renaissance masters. He drew public attention due to his partaking in unusual behavior in order to draw attention to himself. He was a highly imaginative man. One of the most famous painting he has titled "The Persistence of Memory" which includes multiple melting clocks.

Acrylic on Canvas

There are too many different ways to create something artistic, I admire the artists that can use all kind of different tools creating their own style and art. I personally started out drawing with pencil on paper, then moving on to charcoal, then air-brush, water-color and finally my favorite Acrylic Paints on Canvas. And I simply don't have enough time to pain Oil on Canvas because it takes longer than any paint to dry and is very hard to blend. So for those that haven't decided on what to stick with, Try Acrylic on Canvas. Its not too thick, not too watery, dries gradually but much faster than oil, and is easily blended creating a feeling of an unknown technique.
